Container Tarp
images/condor-ss-large/container-tarp.jpgThe tarp can be either mesh material or solid vinyl, depending on your needs. The tarp is reinforced along the length of the trailer where the tarp goes over the top corner, as well as along the front and back.

-
Straps and Ratchets
images/condor-ss-large/ratchets.jpg2" cargo straps are used to tie down the tarp. They can be fed directly into the 2" ratchets bolted to the trailer. End straps are sewn right across the tarp from one side to the other. The middle straps are looped around the roll pipe.

-
Adjustable Container Bows
images/condor-ss-large/bows.jpgOur bows are manufactured in our facility out of 7/8" aluminum rod. They are removable, for loading and unloading; and adjustable, to allow for flexing of the trailer sides.

-
Schedule 40 Aluminum Pipes
images/condor-ss-large/pipes.jpgThe 2" diameter rolling pipe, and 1-1/4" fixed pipe are one-piece schedule 40 aluminum. The crank end can be placed at the front, back or both ends of the roll pipe.

-
Roll Stops
images/condor-ss-large/roll-stops.jpgRoll stops allow for ease of installation and removal of the tarp. The roll stop flips down once the holding pin is removed.

-
Tarp Crank Handles
images/condor-ss-large/crank.jpgAvailable long or short handle cranks. The long crank has a 10' handle and a U-joint for cranking from the ground. The short crank has a 2' handle and is sufficient for trailers with a catwalk.

Whether you have a Walking Floor or Dump trailer we can create a custom tarp, or tarp system, to cover your trailer for whatever you're hauling.
