This three-piece heavy-duty lumber tarp set consists of two end tarps measuring 24 feet by 18 feet with a flap, and one middle tarp measuring 24 feet by 21 feet. Designed to cover high-profile loads such as lumber, hay, pallets, and other bulky materials, many flatbedders who haul LTL freight prefer this configuration for its versatility, distributing weight across three tarps and making each one lighter and easier to handle.

All tarps are manufactured from 18oz. black vinyl-coated PVC material with a 20-mil thickness. They include webbing-reinforced hems with rope, #4 brass grommets approximately every 24 inches, and durable heat-welded seams. Each tarp features four rows of box-stitched stainless steel D-rings with wear flaps, spaced approximately 24 inches apart, running down the length. The middle tarp includes two additional rows running across the width.

The material is waterproof, rot-resistant, UV-resistant, oil-resistant, mildew-resistant, and highly abrasion-resistant, with low-temperature flexibility and a cold-crack rating of -40°C.

Each end tarp weighs 72 lbs, the middle tarp weighs 69 lbs, and the total set weight is 213 lbs.
