Built for long-haul flatbed fleets, this 2-piece lumber set covers your whole high-profile load with just two tarps. Both tarps are 24′ x 27′ with a flap, so your drivers don't have to sort out which tarp has a flap and which doesn't. They grab both, throw them, and roll. That's less time in the yard and fewer chances to get it wrong on the side of the road.

The set is made to handle what flatbed hauling actually puts a tarp through: lumber, hay, pallets, and other bulky, high-profile freight. It's built from heavy-duty black vinyl-coated PVC, 20 mil thick at 18 oz per square yard, and it's waterproof and resistant to rot, UV, and oil. With a cold crack rating of -40, it keeps performing in the kind of cold that cracks lesser tarps, so you're replacing them less often and keeping trucks loaded and moving.

Every detail is built to hold up load after load. The hems are reinforced with rope and webbing, we set #4 brass grommets approximately every 24″, and the seams are heat-welded. Each tarp has four rows of box-stitched 2″ stainless steel D-rings running the length, each row with a wear flap, so your tie-downs stay put and the tarp lasts.
